Mostly QoL stuff this time and some polishing

Goals:

• Create first cutscene for tutorial
• Add 'new record' somewhere when breaking a room's record
• Maybe add UI for available Machine Pushes
• Get a better Push soundeffect
• Disable Wailing option when transitioning rooms
• Disable Escape when in tutorial for the first time
• Add a 'cheat mode' Label when entering debugging mode (F7 hint hint)
